  • 5:40 a.m. Theft of a black Ford Edge from the 2360 block of Harrodsburg Road
  • 8:36 a.m. Alarm in the 5350 block of Sand Pit Road. The home was secure
  • 8:53 a.m. Request for animal control to the 1880 block of Clark Smith Road for a cat caught in a trap
  • 9:30 a.m. Follow up investigation in the 1200 block of Indian Creek Camp Road
  • 9:42 a.m. Citizen assist in the 1290 block of Old State Road 60 West. The caller says she moved out and is staying at a motel and now the homeowner is refusing to give her, her mail
  • 10:04 a.m. Vehicle fire in the 640 block of Meridian Road
  • 10:11 a.m. Traffic stop at Bartlettsville Road and Todd Lane
  • 10:21 a.m. Animal control in the 20 block of Poplar Ridge for a horse in the caller’s back yard and she is afraid her dogs will attack it. The owner of the horse was alerted and came and got the horse
  • 11 a.m. Transport at Courthouse Plaza. A female wanted on a warrant was in custody
  • 12:15 p.m. Medical emergency in the 600 block of Johnson Lane. A 74-year-old suffered a possible stroke

  • 12:36 p.m. Domestic fight in the 80 block of Farmer Street. The caller’s 20-year-old son was out of control
  • 12:40 p.m. Repossession of a vehicle at Williams Dam
  • 1:34 p.m. Report of a large piece of metal in the southbound lane of State Road 37 between AppleAcres and Tieman Tire. The metal was out of the roadway when police arrived
  • 2:07 p.m. Citizen assist in the 130 block of Brick Street. The caller says her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend took her dog while she was in jail and she wants to speak to an officer

  • 2:26 p.m. Citizen assist in the 20 block of Shawswick Station Rod. The caller says her son took her car three days ago to take a friend home and to come right back. It has been three days and he has not returned with the vehicle

  • 3:39 p.m. Report a 2-month-old child was locked in a vehicle with the car running and air conditioning on at the Dollar Store in Mitchell. The vehicle was unlocked and the child was fine
  • 4:02 p.m. 911 call in the 510 block of Fifth Street. A child was playing with the phone
  • 4:09 p.m. Domestic fight in the 1130 block of West Main Street. The male was told not to return 4:40 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 1110 block of 14th Street
  • 5:15 p.m. A syringe was found by a picnic table at 60’s East Side in Mitchell
  • 6:24 p.m. A male in the 540 block of Woodville Road reported he got his vehicle back from impound and there is damage to the interior of the vehicle
  • 7:09 p.m. Disabled vehicle in the 3520 block of Dixie Highway
  • 7:13 p.m. Medical emergency at Maple Ridge Apartments
  • 7:17 p.m. Traffic stop at Dixie Highway and Southridge Addition. A citation was issued for a seat belt violation
  • 7:19 p.m. Lift assist in the 250 bock of Briarwood Lane
  • 7:24 p.m. Needles were found in the alley in the 860 block of South 9th Street
  • 7:47 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and 16th Street
  • 7:52 p.m. Traffic stop in the 3210 block of Dixie Highway. K-9 alerted to drugs in the vehicle. Two summons to appear in court were issued for possession of marijuana
  • 8:10 a.m. 911 call reporting a male wearing all black walking in the middle of the road on Mitchell Road
  • 8:34 a.m. Illegal burning in the 20 block of Fleetwood Addition
  • 8:37 a.m. 911 call in the 220 block of Dale Street
  • 8:45 p.m. Unwanted male in the 1130 block of West Main Street. The male was told if he returned he would be arrested
  • 9:27 p.m. Report of an unwanted male attempting to kick in the back door of a home in the 1130 block of West Main Street. The male was gone when police arrived
  • 9:37 a.m. Report of two male juveniles walking along State Road 60 East and VFW Road. The driver says there were not visible and almost got hit. Police found the two and there was no issue

  • 10:28 p.m. Unwanted male in the 1130 block of West Main Street. The male was beating on the door. The male was arrested

  • 12:27 a.m. A male juvenile was in custody and transported to Bartholomew County Juvenile Detention Center
  • 12:40 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Oak Lane. A male was arrested
  • 12:52 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Washboard Road
  • 12:59 a.m. Report of an erratic driver on a black motorcycle at State Road 37 and Rariden Hill Road
  • 3:23 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Hickory Grove Church
  • 4:16 a.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at Cresthaven Cemetery
