(SEYMOUR) – Two teens were arrested after they allegedly held another teen against his will and injured him.

Seymour police arrested 18-year-old James Hess, of Columbus and a 16-year-old Seymour male Friday morning after the male teen reported he was attacked between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on April 29 at a residence in the 800 block of Holiday Drive.
Police obtained a search warrant for the home and during that search found evidence that the male teen was confined, intimidated battered and strangled.
At the scene, police arrested the 16-year-old Seymour boy. Later Friday morning they arrested Hess. Both are facing felony charges of intimidation, battery, and strangulation.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are expected.
