SBA Indiana Holds Special Events And Free Workshops Throughout The State

(INDIANAPOLIS) – While the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) kicks off National Small Business Week on May 5th in Washington, D.C., small business owners and entrepreneurs around the country will celebrate with local and regional events.

During the week of May 5 – 11, the SBA Indiana District Office will collaborate with resource partners and lenders offering unique opportunities for learning. According to District Director Stacey Poynter, the goal is to help more small business owners become aware of SBA products and services nearby.
“We want more entrepreneurs to think of the SBA as their go-to resource for each stage of their business life-cycle,” Poynter said. “We offer expert advice, access to capital, contracting opportunities and more to help small businesses succeed. Through our partnerships, these resources are available in locations convenient to the entrepreneur. By providing small business resources, we can continue to power the engine of state and local economies.”
