Scotty R. “Scott” Norman – Bedford

Scotty R. “Scott” Norman, 65, of Bedford, died at 3:28 am on Tuesday, April 09, 2019 at Johnson’s Christian Village.
Born September 1, 1953, in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Verden A. and Hazel P. (Ramsay) Norman. He married Cheryl Crane on September 13, 1975, and she survives.
He was a Journeyman Mold Maker for D&M Tool and retired from Crane as an Engineering Technician. He was a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church where he served as an Elder and was a member of the White River Bowhunters.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl, of Bedford; three sons, Joshua Norman, of Bedford, Matthew Norman and wife, Eli, stationed at NPTU Charleston, SC, and Samuel Norman and wife, Heather, of Springville; seven grandchildren; a brother, Phil Norman, and wife, Wanda, of Terre Haute; several nieces and nephews; life-long friends, Cecil Miller family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13th at the Bartlettsville Christian Church with Pastor Tim Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Bartlettsville Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 12th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday, April 13th at the church.
