(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indianapolis police say they’ve arrested an Indianapolis man in connection with perceived threats made on social media that left his former high school closed twice in eight days.
Police said they charged 20-year-old Hunter Woolever with intimidation after serving a search warrant at his home in connection with the threats involving Bishop Chatard High School.
The school held an e-learning day Tuesday after the alleged threats were contained in videos and posts on social media. The school scheduled a meeting with parents on Tuesday evening.
The school will resume normal classes on Wednesday a day after its second e-learning day in eight days.
WRTV-TV reports the social media posts contained threats toward school staff members.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether Woolever has an attorney who might comment on his behalf.
