  • 1:34 p.m. Request for animal control in the 540 block of Southridge Drive in Mitchell for a stray cat
  • 1:46 p.m. Report of a suspicious light blue car in a yard in the 2110 block of Avoca Eureka Road. The car was broke down and the owner was attempting to get it running

  • 2:11 p.m. Report of an unwanted person in the 300 block of North 8th Street in Mitchell. A female was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy
  • 2:44 p.m. Medical emergency at Sand Pit Road between Mitchell Road and the bridge for someone vomiting on the side of the road
  • 3:23 p.m. Disabled motorist in the southbound lane of State Road 37 at the river bridge
  • 3:38 p.m. Report the fire rekindled at 85 Greer Lane
  • 3:41 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white semi with a white trailer southbound on State Road 37 from the Monroe County line
  • 3:57 p.m. A resident in the 160 block of Silver Lane reported his 20-year-old son does not want to live and is hitting himself in the head at this time
  • 4:14 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 230 block of Mundell Estates
  • 4:21 p.m. Report of a burned area near a white barn in the 290 block of Patton View Drive. The caller says he doesn’t know if this is related to the other recent fires
  • 4:25 p.m. Request for animal control in the 70 block of Trinton Circle because the neighbor’s dog is running loose
  • 4:30 p.m. Report of a suicidal person in the 1440 block of Sportsman Club Road. The male is now breaking windows in the home, had backed into his daughter’s truck and destroyed a cell phone. The male is now sitting in a red 2013 Ford F-350 and cutting himself. He got out of the truck and is now walking toward the road. Police found the male in the woods just east of the home. He was taken by ambulance for treatment and a medical evaluation

  • 5:34 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 1590 block of Avoca Eureka Road. A bicycle was found near a burn pile on his property
  • 6:16 p.m. Citizen assist in the 100 block of Sunny Slopes Drive. The caller wants to speak to an officer about a situation at BNL earlier in the day
  • 6:43 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 1680 block of Veteran Drive
  • 6:51 p.m. Report of a suspicious red Dodge Dakota in the church parking lot in the 5480 block of State Road 158. The male was asked to move
  • 7:14 p.m. Traffic stop at on State Road 37
  • 7:27 p.m. Controlled fire in the 2320 block of Beaver Creek Road
  • 8:31 p.m. A woman in the 2 building of Persimmon Park Apartments reported black men are attempting to break into her vehicle. After police arrived she stated it may have just been shadows
  • 9:03 p.m. Traffic stop in the 3610 block of State Road 37 at the Shell station
  • 10:10 p.m. A woman was on station to report she was drugged three years ago and the incident took place in Crawford County and a battery that happened in 2015. The woman was extremely agitated and yelling most of the time
  • 11:52 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Clover Lane

  • 12:47 a.m. Medical emergency in the 10 block of East Side Lane
  • 2:23 a.m. A resident in the 210 block of Main Street in Oolitic reported she woke and found her back door open and her wallet is missing with her identification and multiple credit cards
  • 3:30 a.m. Citizen assist at Harrodsburg Road by the water tower. The male caller was lost
