(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – The Colts are bringing back safety Clayton Geathers with a 1-year deal, according to multiple reports.
The 26-year old was visiting with other teams during free agency but said he was returning to Indy for “unfinished business”.
Geathers spoke to Andrew Walker of the Colts’ website and said he thinks they have something special going on.
“I was battling through some injuries last season and now I’m back healthy so I feel like I have something to prove. I just want to stay on the field and be a part of this team taking the next step.”
Geathers was a 2015 fourth-round pick for the Colts and started 12 games last season but dealt with neck and concussion issues.
