(DAVIESS CO.) – Hector Rodriguez Luciano of Washington was jailed Thursday on a charge of domestic battery resulting in bodily injury, resisting arrest and on a warrant for domestic battery.
He is being held without bond.
Washington Police was called to a Northwest 16th Street in Washington at 5 pm in reference to an alleged domestic situation. Upon investigation, Luciano was arrested.
Loogootee police officers made two arrests early Friday morning. Officers arrested 38-year-old Daniel D. Lauderdale and 54-year-old Michael D. Fields both of Bloomfield on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a syringe. Lauderdale was also charged with driving while his driver’s license was suspended.
The drugs were discovered after Martin County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Virka alerted his handler Deputy Tyler Reed to drugs in the vehicle.
