Angela Charlene Morgan – Bedford

Angela Charlene Morgan, 71, of Bedford, passed away after a 6 month battle with cancer on Monday, February 25, 2019, at Stone Bridge Health and Rehabilitation.
Born July 31, 1947, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Charles and Inez (East) Morgan. She married Clark Richard Morgan on June 11, 1965, and he survives.
Angela was a graduate of Bedford High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She was a social worker, working at Hoosier Uplands and Bedford Medical Center. She also owned and operated Play and Learn Daycare and Pre-School, and most recently a substitute teacher for NLCS.
Surviving are her husband, Clark Morgan; son, Charles (wife Theresa) Morgan, of Bedford; daughter, Marnie (husband Chris) McKnight, of Bedford; grandchildren, Connor Morgan, Sarah (husband Jesse) Flynn, Josie LaFevor, Coy McKnight, Luke LaFevor, and Chloe McKnight, all of Bedford; great-grandson, Carson Powell; and sister, Cecelia Atkinson, of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes.
