(MOORESVILLE, IN) - A Mooresville woman is in custody after allegedly leaving six dogs outside in 90-degree heat, killing two of them.

51-year-old Rose Bell faces several charges of animal neglect in a case that the Morgan County Sheriff's Office says was so bad, they issued a warrant for her arrest.

A neighbor found the dogs outside and called police.

The dogs were taken to the Morgan County Humane Society where one of the dogs died just two hours later.

A second dog died two days later.
