Some Educators Say New State Budget Comes With A Price

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Supporters of the new state budget tout it as a triumph in a downturn economy, but some educators say it comes with a price.
Opponents of the two-year, 27-point-8 billion dollar plan claim students in urban and rural districts will suffer with dollars shifting from schools with declining enrollments to growing school districts, which are typically suburban.
