New Budget Provides Financial Assitance To Howard County

(KOKOMO) - A provision in the new state budget will provide some financial assistance to Howard County, which recently found out it would not receive 6.1 million in property tax payments from Chrysler.
Taxing units in the county will be able to receive loans from the state's rainy day fund.
