Irwin Financial To Sell Three Branch Locations

(UNDATED) - Irwin Financial has announced that it will sell three Indiana branch locations and about 190- million dollars in commercial loans.
The branches, located in Carmel, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, and 150- million dollars in loans were sold to First Financial Bank.
The sale must have regulatory approval.
