Fever Sets Franchise Record Over Connecticut Sun
(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Tammy Sutton-Brown scored 14 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Indiana Fever set a franchise record for consecutive wins with a 67-53 victory over the Connecticut Sun at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Katie Douglas also finished with 14 points as the fever won their seventh game in a row, breaking the franchise record set two years ago.
Lindsay Whalen led Connecticut with eleven points with Asjha Jones adding ten as the Sun see a three-game winning streak come to an end.
The Fever improves to a WNBA best 7 and 2.
They host the Atlanta Dream on Sunday evening.
