(NOBLESVILLE) - A swimmer secretly videotaped while undressing by her former coach has filed a civil suit against him and three area school districts, saying they failed to provide proper supervision.

41-year-old Brian Hindson was sentenced to 33 years in federal prison for secretly recording dozens of girls younger than 18 undressing in the girl's locker room at Kokomo and Westfield high schools.

The civil lawsuit names Central Indiana Aquatics, USA Swimming, Westfield Washington Schools, Kokomo-Center Schools and Noblesville Schools as co-defendants with Hindson.

The swimmer is only identified by her initials in court documents.
