Judge Decides Man's Sentencing For Exposing Himself To Children
Last updated on Saturday, June 27, 2009
(LUCERNE) - If a judge approves his plea bargain, a Cass County man could avoid prison time for exposing himself to young boys and show them pornographic images.
43-year-old William Lemmon of Lucerne entered his plea Friday.
It calls for Lemmon to be sentenced to four years in prison, all suspended except for six months of home detention.
Lemmon must not have any contact with his victims.
The judge will make a decision by Lemmon's July 24th sentencing date.
