Last updated on Saturday, June 27, 2009
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Governor Mitch Daniels says he’s prepared to keep essential services such as public safety and some social services running if lawmakers don’t pass a new budget by the time the current one expires at midnight Tuesday.
Daniels says he'll use emergency powers to make sure State Police and prisons continue to operate.
