(BROWNSBURG) - The man accused of murdering his estranged wife early Monday has been captured.

Brownsburg Police Captain Brian Tremper says two calls from the public led to 41-year old Joseph Warnock being found in the Eagle Crossing neighborhood of Hendricks County Monday night.

He was found in a yard near an electrical box and surrendered peacefully.

Warnock is accused of stabbing 38-year-old Angela Warnock to death in her bedroom while the couple's 12 and 8-year old daughters were in the home.
