Evansville Attorney Faces DUI Murder Charges

(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville attorney is scheduled to go on trial September 29th.
28-year-old Terry Record is accused of driving drunk and causing a fatal crash in may 2007. Record allegedly was drinking heavily at an Indianapolis strip club and later got behind the wheel of his car, ran a red light and collided with another vehicle, killing Jimmy Cash.
