"Flame Of Hope" Relay Kicks Off Special Olympics

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The annual Special Olympics Indiana Summer Games kicks off today.
The leadoff event, the torch relay, will begin this morning at 9:00am at Victory Field in Indianapolis.
Hundreds of officers from law enforcement agencies around the state will carry the "Flame Of Hope" from Indianapolis to Terre Haute. They'll deliver the torch tonight to Indiana State University after making the 70-mile trip by running and biking.
