Dad Sleeps While Children Play In Streets

(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis dad is trouble for taking a nap and allegedly letting his two daughters roam a parking lot unsupervised.
Charles Reed is facing two counts of neglect after neighbors found his one-year-old and three-year-old in the parking lot of a Southside Indianapolis apartment complex.
Sergeant Matt Mount says Reed laughed at police when they got to his apartment and said it was a simple mistake.
The two daughters are in protective custody.
