Police: Couple Abused Woman For 13 Years

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie couple is arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a mentally challenged woman over a 13 year period.
Police say 48-year-old Duane Tackett allegedly began having sex with the woman when she was in her early teens. Tackett and his wife Patricia were taking care of the girl.
The now 27-year-old victim told an aunt about the abuse, and she told police.
