Major Road Construction Begins In Evansville

(EVANSVILLE) - Be patient if you’re traveling to Evansville on Monday. That’s when several road construction projects will cause delays on some of Evansville’s busiest thoroughfares.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says for the next six months one lane of the Lloyd Expressway between U.S. 41 and Interstate 164 will be restricted during the day while crews repair faults in the concrete.
Also beginning Monday, ramps at the U.S. 41-Diamond Avenue interchange will close while the ongoing work on Diamond Avenue progresses to that area.
