Last updated on Tuesday, April 15, 2008
(TERRE HAUTE) - The Vigo County prosecutor’s office says charges have been dropped against a Terre Haute firefighter.
Donald Milner was accused of hiring two men in 2003 to break into a house and beat up a man with a baseball bat.
Milner was put on paid administrative leave from the Terre Haute fire department. A jury could not reach a decision during a February trial, causing a mistrial.
