(INDIANAPOLIS) - Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis looked more like the front porch at Cracker Barrel with dozens of folks in rocking chairs eating their lunch in the sunshine during the 7th annual Rock-A-Thon For Legacy House.
Denise Mudd with Legacy House says the event celebrates National Crime Victims Rights Week.
She says they're trying to increase the awareness of victims rights and the services available to them.
