(UNDATED) - It’s that time of year that many motorists may dread—-road construction time.
Indiana Department of Transportation Spokesman Will Wingfiefld jokes that INDOT really only has two seasons--snow removal and road construction.
The state is in the third year of the Major Moves program and that means a number of big road projects underway and road corridors starting up this year.
