Trial Date Set In Hovey Street Murder Case
(INDIANAPOLIS) - A trial date has been set for the alleged triggerman in the Hovey Street murders in Indianapolis.
Ronald Davis is slated for trial in October of 2009. His four co-defendants all have pre-trial conferences in May.
Chief Deputy Prosecutor David Wyser says the four co-defendants are all in talks about possible plea agreements. Wyser says that would include them testifying against Davis.
Davis, Jasper Frazier, Zarumin Coleman, Donte Hobson, and Tommy Warren are all facing charges in connection with the murders of two women and two babies back in January.
