Dump Truck Driver Aquitted In Woman's Death

(COLUMBIA CITY) - A Whitely County jury has acquitted a dump truck driver in the death of a woman who was crushed to death when his truck rolled on top of her vehicle and dumped its load of gravel.
The jury found 38-year-old john Christoff of Columbia City not guilty Friday in the January 2007 crash that killed 32-year-old Tracy Stillwell of Churubusco.
