DNA Evidence To Play Role In Fast-Food Murder
Last updated on Tuesday, March 25, 2008
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marion County prosecutors hope DNA evidence will put a man suspected of murdering a fast-food employee nearly twenty years ago in prison.
47 year-old David Ashworth is accusing of killing 18 year-old Lisa Summers on the West Side in 1989.
Prosecutors say DNA tests that were not available at the time of the murder now link Ashworth to the killing.
