Teen Likely To Be Charged As Adult Following Deadly Car Accident

(CRAWFORDSVILLE) - The Crawfordsville teen that caused a crash that killed three people will likely be charged as an adult.
17-year-old Tyler Sutton had traces of marijuana in his system when he ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle last September. The crash killed Sutton's two passengers and a 76-year old woman in the car in which he collided.
On Friday, a judge waived his case to adult court. He'll be charged with 11 offenses including: six counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, three counts of reckless homicide, and one count of feticide.
One of his passengers was 24 weeks pregnant at the time of the crash.
