Students Record Cleared Following Pledge Lawsuit

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Franklin Community High School student will have his school record cleared to end a lawsuit he filed over punishment for refusing to stand during the Pledge of Allegiance.
School officials say there was confusion over what students were required to do during a moment of silence before the pledge.
