Man Threatens Grandmother Over Credit Card Use

(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville man faces charges alleging that he slashed the tires of his grandmother’s car after she confronted him about using her credit card.
After slashing the tires, police say 21-year-old Seth Wrinkles allegedly threatened his grandmother.
