Life Without Parole Sought In TaJanay Bailey Murder Trial

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Prosecutors will seek life without parole for a man accused of fatally beating 3-year-old TaJanay Bailey.
21-year-old Lawrence Green has been charged with murder and neglect in the case.
Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says the child's mother will likely be allowed to plead guilty to felony neglect instead of murder.
