Indy Teen Arrested For Murder

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indy Metro Police have arrested a teenager in the murder of a 44-year-old man earlier this month.
Police believe 18-year-old Edward Blaine was trying to Rob Dehaven Carpenter.
Carpenter was shot to death in his home last Tuesday.
