Indiana IRS Clears Air Over Stimiulus Package Checks

(UNDATED) - The Internal Revenue Service in Indiana is releasing information designed to set the record straight about the upcoming stimulus payments.
The IRS says the stimulus payments will not reduce a taxpayer's 2008 refund, are not taxable.
Taxpayers must file a 2007 tax return in order to be eligible for payment.
