Former Female Ball State Students Face Battery Charges

(MUNCIE) - Battery charges have been filed against four former Ball State University female students.
Amanda Polson, Rene Whiteley, Kari Streib and Ashley Kirkman, all 20-years old, were allegedly involved in a fight last fall involving a 20-year-old Ivy Tech Community College student.
The victim told police that her attackers grabbed her by the throat, pushed her to the ground, and kicked her several times. Police later determined that the suspects went on the internet and bragged about the attack.
