Execution Date Set For Convicted Murder

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The execution date has been set for a 42-year-old man convicted of killing a Franklin College student in 1997.
The state supreme court scheduled the execution of Michael Dean Overstreet for May 30th after denying a second appeal of his sentence.
A federal court could stay the execution.
