(INDIANAPOLIS) - A federal appeals court has upheld the conviction of an Indianapolis man for participating in a concrete price-fixing conspiracy and making false statements to law enforcement.

The court affirmed the conviction of Noblesville-based Beaver Materials Corporation Operations Manager Christopher Beaver who appealed his punishment.

He argued the government failed to prove that a price-fixing conspiracy existed, that he was a part of the conspiracy or that he made false statements.
