Ball State Study Finds Telecom Deregulation Benefits Indiana

(MUNCIE) - A Ball State University report shows efforts to deregulate the telecommunications industry in Indiana have resulted in $516 million in capital investments and the creation of more than 2,200 jobs.
Ball State's Digital Policy Institute says the state has also become a national leader in telecom reform legislation and broadband wireless deployment.
