(INDIANAPOLIS) - It’s still okay to talk on your cell phone while driving.
An Indianapolis representative has withdrawn a bill to ban the practice after being peppered with questions by members of a house committee.
Democrat Vanessa Summers' bill would have fined you $25 for driving while yakking.
