(TERRE HAUTE) - Whatever it is Jerry Seinfeld has, it’s still there.

The award-winning comic walked on-stage of Indiana State University's Tilson Auditorium Saturday night to a standing ovation and left to the same. "How do you stand the excitement of living here?" The famous New Yorker asked, noting that he'd been to the mall that day.

Seinfeld, whose self-titled television series ran on NBC from 1989 to 1998, noted with trademark disdain the problem of going to his children's birthday parties and having the clown ask career advice. "I don't know how you go from birthday clown to your own Tv show," he said. "I went from having my own TV show to talking to birthday clowns."

Seinfeld episodes remain in syndication, proving that the show he described as "the show about nothing" still has something going for it.
