New Castle Man Robs Convenience Store With Axe

(NEW CASTLE) - A 22-year-old New Castle man is behind bars for allegedly robbing convenience store employees while armed with an axe.
Jonathon Perdue faces armed robbery charges. Police say he walked into J and B Mini Mart and demanded cash. He was arrested just hours later at home.
Turns out -- the store is owned by the suspect's father.
