Forbes: Indy Third Best Place To Retire

(NEW YORK) - Forbes Magazine rates Indianapolis the third-best place to retire.
Sun Belt havens Tampa and Fort Worth, Texas, lead the pack, but Forbes says Indy is one of the 20 best cities in terms of doctors per capita and the cost of seeing them.
The Forbes ranking considers those factors, tax rates and cost of living.
