Last updated on Saturday, January 26, 2008
(BROWNSBURG) - A Brownsburg firefighter will likely lose his job after being convicted Friday on a drunk driving charge.
Brian mouser was sentenced to a year of probation and 80 hours of community service.
Mouser was arrested in December 2006 by a sheriff's deputy who says mouser was weaving in Avon traffic. A test found his blood alcohol level at more than .08 percent.
A safety board hearing next month will determine Mouser's status with the fire department.
