DNA Test Clears Terre Haute Prisoner

(TERRE HAUTE) - A DNA test has cleared a prisoner of a murder in West Terre Haute 24 years ago, and led to the arrest of another man.
David Scott was sent to prison at age 17 for the beating death of 89-year-old Loretta Keith. He's a little more than a year away from being released on good behavior.
Now state police say genetic evidence implicates a Kentucky man, 44-year-old Kevin Weeks. Weeks lived in West Terre Haute at the time of the murder.
