(INDIANAPOLIS) - Usually people think bullying takes place in schools, but it also happens in the workplace.

Bullying expert Karen Duncan spoke with Clarian Employees in Indianapolis about bullying at work. She says there are several types of bullying including abusing position and embarrassing or undermining co-workers.

Duncan adds no matter the type of bullying, its always about power over someone. She says employers need more than policies in place, they need programs.

Duncan says bullying causes stress, which is the number one cause of work related illness that cost U.S. companies millions to remedy.
