Brizzi To Seek Death Penalty In Quadruple Murder Case
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi is seeking the death penalty for one of the five men charges in connection with the quadruple murders.
Ronald "Action" Davis faces eight counts of murder. Davis learned what he might face at his initial hearing late Thursday afternoon.
Davis and four other men - Jasper Frazier, Zarumin Coleman, Donte Hobson, and Tommy Warren - had their initial hearings back-to-back. All five will be back in court March 25th for a preliminary hearing. All five are scheduled for trial March 31st, but prosecutors say that will almost certainly get moved back.
Prosecutor Carl Brizzi calls the murders an act of domestic terrorism. He says they know Davis is the triggerman in the murders. Ten shell casings were found in the bedroom where two mothers and two babies were gunned down.
Brizzi also says the other four charged will most likely testify against Davis. Brizzi also says more arrests could be coming in connection with this case.
