Appeal Denied In Camm Family Killings

(NEW ALBANY) - Convicted killer Charles Boney’s appeal has been denied. He will stay in prison for his role in the Camm Family killings.
Boney had argued that there were numerous errors throughout his 2006 trial and that he deserved a new trial to correct them.
He was sentenced to 225 years in prison in the murders of Kim Camm and her two children in the fall of 2000.
Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson says he's pleased with the ruling from the Indiana Court of Appeals and says that this closes a major chapter in the case.
Co-defendant David Camm still has an appeal pending with the Indiana Supreme Court.
