Solider Gets More Time With Sick Newborn
Last updated on Wednesday, December 26, 2007
(CROWN POINT) - A Crown Point soldier worried about his sick newborn baby will have more time to spend at home after first being told he should return to duty.
24-year-old Army Sergeant Chris Williams now has until Friday to return to work.
He originally was told his leave was extended until January 3rd, but an officer left a message this weekend urging him to return quickly.
