Jennings County Man Free On Bond

(HAYDEN) - A Jennings County man arrested on 19 counts of voyeurism is free on bond.
43-year old Phillip Richman is accused of using a hidden camera to film underage girls who were at his home visiting his teenaged daughter.
Richman's arrest came after an eight-month investigation. He's due in court January 25th.
